Refund policy

At A&Co., each creation is custom-crafted with the highest standards of artistry, quality, and care. As all our products are made to order and often involve personalized elements, we follow a strict no returns and no refunds policy.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, including instances of change of mind.

Exceptions
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we request you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof. Upon review, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include repair or replacement, at our sole discretion.
